We try to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, so we have set up some terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) that apply to you.
Please note, these Terms apply to business customers (Business-to-business / B2B).

2. Offer and Agreement
2.1. When you buy a product from VINZ ROY online through our webshop, you enter into an agreement with VINZ ROY. These terms and conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.
2.2. We ensure that these terms are easily accessible at the time you order and at any time thereafter. You can read or download the current and most recent version of the terms and conditions via our website.
2.3. To prevent incorrect delivery after your order, please provide us with the correct information and contact details in your personal MY ACCOUNT environment. We keep your information secure and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
2.4. MY ACCOUNT portal. To order from VINZ ROY, you need to provide us with some personal information during the business customer account application. Make sure your details are correct and up to date. Your MY ACCOUNT is secured with a password chosen by you, so that the environment is available to you in a secure manner. Choose a secure password and do not share it with anyone else.
2.5. An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on VINZ ROY. Please contact VINZ ROY if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.
3. Price and payment
3.1. The price in the webshop is the price excluding VAT. The shipping costs and any country-specific import duties and customs costs, if applicable, are stated separately.
3.2. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the VINZ ROY webshop.
3.3. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question charges additional duties, such as import tax. VINZ ROY has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot provide you with any further information. Any import duties and taxes are your sole responsibility as a customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You must check yourself whether the ordered products can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are before you place such an order.
4. Delivery
4.1. VINZ ROY strives to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We ensure that the products are shipped accurately. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the products and we will take care of the rest.
4.2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by you and via the method of delivery chosen by you.
4.3. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the costs for the lost product are for your own account.
4.4. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail, so that you can track your order online.
5. Quality, legal guarantee & complaints
5.1. VINZ ROY strives to display products as fully and accurately as possible on its website. The nature of the products offered may lead to differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product seem different than expected, please let us know your complaint (by telephone, by e-mail or by post)
5.2. The products we offer are of course subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product partly depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of maintenance. VINZ ROY products are made of the highest quality materials as stated in the webshop. VINZ ROY stands for quality under normal use. However, for an optimal lifespan and retention of quality, it is important that you use the product with due care to prevent damage. If you nevertheless think that there is something wrong with the product, please let us know your complaint (by telephone, by e-mail or by post).
5.3. All products supplied by VINZ ROY are guaranteed for 2 years after purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing or assembly errors that can be attributed to us. Fractures, scratches and other damage caused by the user are not covered by the warranty.
6. Return Policy
6.1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we have a 14-day return policy. You can register your return products via the e-mail address hello@vinzroy.com. After receiving a return number, you can return the products at your own expense.
6.2. Send the product back to the address of VINZ ROY as stated on the website as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after receipt of all products in your order.
6.3. VINZ ROY will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only reimburse the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used to make the original payment. Or you will receive a discount voucher worth the amount, which you can redeem with your next order.
7. Intellectual Property
VINZ ROY owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, products and website including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.
8. Changes
Changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the website. You are advised to read these terms carefully when ordering from us. These terms were last modified on November 15, 2022.
9. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to the agreement between you and VINZ ROY. VINZ ROY will do its utmost to find a suitable solution in case of disputes. In the event of a conflict, the Court of Amsterdam decides on the case; without prejudice to your rights as a customer that you have according to your country of residence.
