The legal guarantee means that you are always entitled to a good product. If a product fails, you are entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund of your money.
We provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on authentic Vinz Roy products. This guarantee covers all manufacturing and/or assembly defects that have occurred during the manufacturing process but does not cover breakages, wear or tears caused by intensive use of the frame by the user.

The products in your cart are kept for 45 minutes, but not reserved. After this period, they will be automatically removed from your basket.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with Track & Trace number. To track the progress of your order, click on the tracking link that takes you to DHL where you can follow the different steps of the delivery.
If you have ordered a product and it is no longer available or in stock, the product will be cancelled. If you have ordered multiple products, the available products will of course be shipped. The out-of-stock product will not be charged as we only charge for items that are shipped.
If the product received does not match your order or is in poor condition, you must contact our customer service team using the “Contact” form, quoting your order number. Our customer service team will reply to you as soon as possible.
